The ORIGINAL FLOOR SYSTEM

We place ( A) 4X4 runners every two feet the full length of the building. Rated for GROUND and FRESH WATER CONTACT, these timbers have a limited lifetime warranty against termites and ground rot.

Five-ply three quarter inch plywood is nailed on top of the runners to ensure maximum load strength and durability.

The ORIGINAL FLOOR SYSTEM is open at both ends to allow air circulation under your ORIGINAL SHED which helps prevent poisture and wood rot.

The ORIGINAL FLOOR SYSTEM means

your ORIGINAL SHED can be moved.

As we build your Original Shed or Garage, we staple PREMIUM Half Inch Duratemp Plywood siding (B) to quality 2x4's 2 feet apart. This provides exceptional strength and durability and comes standard with 7 or 8 ft sidewalls. So you have plenty of head room inside your building.

The exteropr hardboard finish is guaranteed not to crack, split, or check and will maintain its good looks for decades.

For Our ORIGINAL ROOF, we staple half inch ply wood to 2x4 or 2x6 studs.

We use OWENS CORNING SHINGLES (C) which are reinforced and less likely to break than other brands, available in your choice of tan or white. Other roof applications are available, of course, and some additional cost may apply.

DOORS: Add pics of doors?

Unlike our competitors, a standard 79 inch door doesn't cost more at The Original Shed and Garage Company since we use full 8 foot sheets of plywood and siding.

Doors* can be located within a foot of any corner at no additional charge. What you store determines where you put your door.

Sturdy steel hinges and door latch provide reliability and security to every door we build.

If you want a house door, that's no problem.

Our rust free DRIP EDGE (D) protects wood against water damage.

Steel Whitcomb Door Latches by Albany Hardware are the perfect addition for doors on sheds, barns and garages.
Use them on any swinging door!
Their superior features and quality have been famous for 90 years.

Handle lugs are built to stand hard wear and a strong spring ensures secure latching. A wide base on the front prevents screws from pulling out and there are no rivets, pins or welds to fail.
Two strong lugs take all the pull. Latches are adjustable for doors up to

2" thick.

We only use "green treated" lumber(F) in our ORIGINAL FLOOR SYSTEM(A)to protect your building against termites and ground rot.

(remove the osmose trademark leave pic of lumber?)
