1. Is there any extra cost for assembly when I purchase a building from you?

No! Since every Original Shed or Garage is a Custom building, your cost includes: a no obligation site check and personal consultation, constuction on your site and our guarantee you will be satisfied with your Shed or Garage.

2. Do I need a concrete slab to place the shed on?
That depends on your building. Sheds and buildings under 400 sq.ft (20' x 20') don't require a concrete slab, unless they are Garages. Buildings over 400 sq.ft require a concrete slab. Of course, if you want a concrete slab, we will arrange for one.

3. Where can I go to buy a Shed, Building or a Garage?

We are still located at 3424 South Campbell Ave. in Tucson, Arizona. Take the Kino Parkway North exit off I-10. Drive North and you'll recognize the truck on top of the shed.

4. Will I need to get a permit?

Since every case is different, The Original Shed & Garage Company will get all the necessary permits depending on local building department regulations. A permit is required for buildings over 400 sq.ft and buildings on a concrete slab.

Specific permit regulations vary from county to county, city to city and between suburban communities. Additionally, there may be restrictions in your neighborhood such as Home Owner Associations regulations. We are familiar with most zoning and permit requirements so we can facilitate the process for you. We also have model plans that meet permit requirements. Any permit fees will be discussed with you and added to the price of your building.

5. What should I do before delivery ?
The Original Shed & Garage Company will be coming to your site before you order you building so if anything needs to be done prior to delivery we will go over it with you.

6. How long will your crew be on my property?

They can usually finish the job and clean up the job site in less than a day. For larger size sheds, garages and additional add ons like a concrete slab, the process may take up to a week. We will discuss the time line with you when you place your order.
