priced on a square foot basis.
Garages cost
$26 a square foot.
A standard garage price includes an overhead
door, a three foot metal walk-through door, a 3X3 window, concrete slab including aprons for the garage and
house door(s), paint, and a turbine vent. It is a complete turnkey package.

model plans for all our garages making the building permit process as smooth as it can be.
